Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and be legally permitted to use trading and automated-trading services where you live.
• The App is a strategy-triggered software service. Users subscribe to strategies and configure their own account settings; they are not subscribing to BossAI.
• You remain responsible for deciding whether the App, each strategy and each setting is suitable for you.
• Service availability, market data, signals, orders and execution may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate or unavailable.
• Past or simulated results do not guarantee future performance.
• You must protect your credentials, MFA device and broker API credentials and notify us promptly of suspected compromise.
• Suspension, termination, governing law, liability allocation and dispute clauses remain subject to legal review: [INSERT APPROVED TERMS].

Trading Risk Disclosure

• Trading leveraged products, foreign exchange, CFDs and other market products is high risk and can cause rapid, substantial or total loss.
• Leverage, gaps, volatility, spreads, slippage, margin calls, financing charges and broker liquidation can materially change results.
• Stops and targets are not guaranteed to execute at the requested price.
• Automated strategies can send orders without individual confirmation when enabled. Incorrect settings, stale data, outages and integration failures can create missed, duplicated, delayed or unintended activity.
• You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose and should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

API and Automated Trading Authority

• A compatible broker or trading-platform account and API are required.
• You confirm that you own or are authorised to control the connected account.
• You authorise Alika Aurora to use the read and trading permissions needed to display account data and submit or manage orders you enable.
• Alika Aurora does not require withdrawal permission and does not receive, hold, custody or withdraw your funds.
• Your broker controls custody, pricing, margin, fills, rejections and liquidation. Your agreement with the broker is separate.
• Disconnecting the API or stopping a strategy may not close positions already open at the broker. You remain responsible for monitoring the broker account.
• Before live automation, you must review settings and understand Stop Trading and Emergency Stop controls.

Privacy Notice

We may process account identity, contact information, security and MFA events, consent records, settings, broker connection metadata, trading activity, support messages, device/network security evidence and service telemetry to provide and secure the service.

• Purposes, lawful bases, international disclosures, service providers, retention periods, access/correction rights, complaints and privacy contacts require jurisdiction-specific legal completion: [INSERT APPROVED PRIVACY DETAILS].
• Broker API secrets are encrypted at rest and are not displayed back to the browser.
• Required operational and legal communications are separate from optional marketing consent.

Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds

• The checkout must display the price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms and applicable taxes before purchase.
• Strategy access does not guarantee signals, orders, profits or uninterrupted availability.
• Broker spreads, commissions, financing, taxes and other trading costs are separate from the App subscription.
• Cancellation timing, access expiry and refund rights will follow the approved policy and mandatory consumer law: [INSERT APPROVED CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY].

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, evade access or capacity controls, share credentials, probe security, interfere with other users, use unlawful funds or accounts, misrepresent authority over a broker account, or use the service contrary to law or broker rules.
